Attention students and parents,

Google has rolled out a new suite of changes to how Google Meets work. While these charges were intended to improve security and make the platform more useful for online classes there has been several unintended side effects. These changes will remain until July 1 and are intended to help with the COVID-19 situation across the world.

The following issues in particular will affect us:

• Some live meet links no longer work.
• All student will need to be pre-added to live classrooms (by their gmail email addresses)
• Students must use the email address used with their student portal account in order to access the live classrooms.

Please note that the timetable and class codes for the Google Classroom have not changed.
